Environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, environmental safety of human life - an essential condition for sustainable economic and social development of Ukraine. Analyzing the state of the environmentarea to the following conclusions. In 2014, emissions of pollutants decreased compared to the previous year by 1.5 thousand. Tons, including 132 from stationary sources to 0.153 tons and from mobile sources by 1.4 ths. Tons. Increased volumes dumping insufficiently treated wastewaters, which mainly due to improper treatment workstructures. However, the state of the environment in these areas remained stable compared to the previous year is not significantly changed. In air pool and surface waters were recorded slight excess concentrations of pollutants. Certain aggravation in the region is the problem of accumulation of domestic and certain types of industrialmoves. Given the prevailing activities to improve the ecological environment and compliance with environmental legislation was the only possible and necessary precondition for maintaining the ecological balance in the region.
