Kelmenetsky police seized
Bukovynka narkozillya 41-year-old resident of the village Nelypivtsi kept a bag of cannabis in his home. During testing of the district staff Kelmenetsky police department received information from villagers Nelypivtsi that their odnoselchanka can store drugs at home.Police immediately began to engage in verifying the information. As a result of search operations guards managed to document criminal activity zloumyshlennitsy and remove from her home paper roll with a mixture similar to cannabis weighing 30 grams. It is known that zloumyshlennitsy previously prosecuted Crimeainalnoyi responsibility for committing property crimes. Remote police sent in Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Chernivtsi region for the examination. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 309 (illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or claimeresylannya narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without intent to sell) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
