Lutsk tournament in memory of the first master of sports of boxing
Attention Lutsk and visitors to the city, boxing fans. From February 27 to 01 March in Sport Regional Lyceum intensive military and physical training (vul.Striletska 6) In the third in our city held the tournament on boxing among youth, juniors, youth and man'sKiv commemorating the first Master of Sports of the USSR in Volyn Wladimir Kamenev. The organizers of these events this year were the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the City Council, Department for Youth and Sport Administration, Boxing Federation of Lutsk, Volyn Regional Branch of the NOC of Ukraine, the Department of Education and Science oblderzhadministratsiyi and municipal company "Sports School 2 of the City Council." Major sponsors of the competition will be brand "Bully" and the regional gas company "Volynhaz" who always supported sports events in our city. Kamenev Vladimir G. - born February 2, 1938 in Kharkiv.. After the war, in 1945, his family moved to live in Lutsk, though not at full strength, since his father died in 1943 at the front. From a young age Volodymyrhe loved sports, was engaged in football, wrestling and boxing. But in the early 50s of the last century still prefer boxing. During his career in the ring had over 100 official matches. He played for the sports society "Labor Reserves", "Spartacus," "Dynamo". In 1963 he won the All-Union championship sports and sportyvnoho Society "Dinamo", for which the decision of the Central Council Union of sports associations and organizations of the USSR from 31.01.1964 36 191 he was awarded the title of Master of Sports of the USSR. Previously such honorary title was not awarded any Volyn boxer, so Kamenev VG became the first master of sports of the USSR boxing in Volyn. Graduated boxing career'EMU in early 1970. Since then began to teach the basics of boxing young residents of Lutsk. During coaching produced a galaxy of masters of sports of the USSR: Alexander Plotnikov, Vladimir Plotnikov, Anatoly Nikitenko, Peter Skop, Anatoly Ponahaybu, John and Leo Kozhushko Vasyura. Trained three sons, who also went by the way of his father and actyvno engaged in boxing. Most dedicated continues to serve the cause of his father's son Arthur, who is currently working coaches division boxing municipal company "Sports School 2 of the City Council" and who has trained masters of sports of Ukraine Viktor Manzyka, Yaroslav Starikova, Basil Lototsky and Andrew KLIMOVICH.
