Uzhgorod LIGHTS recalls that the entities for which the reporting period is the quarter must file tax returns within 40 days following the last day of the reporting period. If the last day of filing falls on the weekend or holiday,last day of the period considered operating (banking) day following the weekend or holiday. Thus, to report for the second quarter payers need to Aug. 10, 2015. The taxpayer is obliged to pay the amount of tax liability specified in the filed tax return them within 10 daysFollowing the last day of the relevant deadline, ie by 19 August 2015.
