July 23, 2015 meeting between the representatives of the International Charity Fund "Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" and the Department of Family, Youth and Sports Administration, during whichdiscussed the status and situation of interagency cooperation in combating violence against women. The meeting resulted in signing the Memorandum on cooperation and partnership, in which the parties pledged to work together under the "Freedom from violence: improving access to social services in Ukraine." "This proekt designed to improve the professional capacity of service providers including medical, social workers, of Interior, heads of local governments, executive authority on prevention of domestic violence against women and to strengthen inter-agency cooperation on this issue. It is important that these experienced representativesthe public sector as "Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" will share their experiences, knowledge and best practices for the prevention of domestic violence with relevant actors in our region.
