New names of honorary citizens. Chernigov

Executive Committee of the City Council adopted a decision on conferring the title of honorary citizen of Chernihiv former mayor (1992-2001 years) Vitaly Kosykh (posthumously) and folk artist of Ukraine Anatoliy skin. The corresponding presentation made City Council Irina Dolzhykova and regional director'sudozhnoho museum of Galagan Irina Ralchenko. Their initiative was supported by NGOs and members of the Executive Committee of the City Council. Mayor Alexander Sokolov said that V.Kosyh and A.Shkurko worthy to wear the title.
