Formation of cellulite

Translation of article:  Factors that contribute to the appearance of cellulite , magazine Planet Artlife 2009.

First factor
■ Physical inactivity, ie, sedentary lifestyle: as more you sit without moving, as sooner cellulite develops. And first of all it appears where blood and lymph circulation are impaired because of inactivity of the muscles.

Second factor
■ Heredity. It may also cause the development of cellulite. If your relatives have cellulite, it is very likely that you'll have it too.

Third factor
■ A lack of water. Water provides normal work of the body and helps to remove toxins and other harmful substances from it. Daily norm is at least seven glasses of water.

Fourth factor
■ Irrational and irregular meals (alcohol, overindulgence of coffee and spicy food) contributes to the appearance of cellulite because produced toxins produced toxins stuck in fatty tissue and form fat deposits. All saturated fats which blocks arteries and settled in tissues thereby preventing the conclusion of exhaust materials and toxins, can contribute to the emergence of cellulite.

Fifth factor
■ Disturbance of blood circulation. As you know, cellulite leads to a deep restructuring of skin tissues, that disrupts the work of the blood vessels. Also, disruption of blood vessels (such as
in chronic venous insufficiency) can cause the appearance of cellulite. Fat cells in cellulite exposed deformation due to an increase of the volume thereby causing the compression (pressure) on the veins, arterioles (small final arteries branching, passing into the capillaries) and lymphatic vessels, which leads to stagnation - slowdown of blood microcirculation and, therefore, the outflow of blood and lymph.

Sixth factor
■ Smoking. As is well known nicotine destroys vitamin C in the body which directly affects on the condition of skin and connective tissue. Also, is poisoning the body with harmful substances that negatively affect on condition of the skin and mucous membranes. In addition nicotine interferes the normal blood circulation as a result deteriorates metabolism in the cellular level. So when we smoke, we create excellent conditions for the formation of cellulite.

Seventh factor
■ Stresses. Very serious physiological changes appear in the human body during the sress. Stresses affect the internal glands, especially the adrenal glands that produce hormones which regulate water and mineral balance in the body.

Eighth factor
■ Crossing the legs while sitting leads to disruption of blood circulation in the legs, because one of the main vein which lies in the inner of the thigh is compressed in that position.

Ninth factor
■ Wearing shoes with high heels for a long time leads to deformation of the gastrocnemius muscle and violates the blood circulation in the legs. In addition, artificially raising of your heel changes your posture and lead to unfortunate consequences.

Factor tenth
■ Wearing of belts and tight clothing leads to accumulation of the liquid from the top or bottom point of girth. If this repeats for a long time, then deformation and edema may become permanent or irreversible. In addition, creating the illusion of "compression" of problem areas, such wardrobe items will relax the muscles and as a result eventually lower muscle tone.

Factor eleventh
■ Hormonal influence. This is normal, when under the influence of estrogens (female hormones), fat deposition is observed on the buttocks, thighs, abdomen, chest. In addition fat itself is one of the places where estrogen produces as a result appear more and more fat cells - appears "closed circle". Diseases of the endocrine system lead to the appearance of cellulite.

- is a very complicated process which is caused by a violations of the physiological mechanisms of stability regulation of the internal environment of our bodies, which appear under the influence of many factors that cause disbalance at the cellular level in humans, which is manifested by failure in all kinds of metabolism.
