In the Transcarpathian region prosecutor's office went to court with claims to establish the rule of law in land relations
The results revealed violations of a shortfall of funds to the budget, the city prosecutor's office to Mukachevo Zakarpattia Oblast Economic Court stated three claims to sub ’ objects of city management MOSCamendments to the land lease agreements normative monetary valuation which is about 18 mln. USD. The Prosecutor of the city of Mukachevo taking steps to bring the transaction, namely the lease of land in accordance with the current legislation, which in turn will lead to obtaining additional funds to local budgets, positiveo impact on revenues to the local budget.
