Volynianka convicted of incitement to overthrow the constitutional order in Ukraine Volyn Oblast Prosecutor's Office
supported public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against Volynianka that the Internet calling for the violent overthrow of the constitutional order in Ukraine. As the head of supervision over the observance of laws orgaour Security Service, State Customs Service and State Border Service Prosecution Volyn Oblast Yuri Novosad, this woman, registered in 2014 page in social networks « Vkontakte & raquo ;, carried distributing materials calling for changes in the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine, disturbing, Konst settution Ukraine and called for the violent overthrow and change the constitutional system in Ukraine and the seizure of state power. Vladimir-Volyn verdict of the City Court convicted her and sentenced in the form of 4 years in prison with two years of probation installation.
