Traffic police officers Rivne found a driver who ran a car with obvious signs of drug intoxication and carrying stones in a car, apparently similar to amber. Around midnight on July 18 inspectors platoon DPS traffic police service of Rivne when modpratsyuvannya Sarny District at the intersection of Suvorov in Kovel-Sarny stopped the car of "VAZ-2106", whose driver without the need to constantly went into oncoming traffic.
