Chernivtsi: "Yield" business added to the budget over 45 mln. UAH.
During the first half of this year, the company paid Chernivtsi consolidated budget of Ukraine 45.4 million. UAH. income tax (including the state budget - 38,9 mln. UAH., and local - 6.5 mln. UAH.). Chernivtsi notes Platnykiv income tax that payment of monthly advance payments in January - December 2015 carried out by taxpayers with an annual income that is taken into account in determining the object of taxation that exceeds ten million. In January - December 2015 taxpayers are required to pay monthly advance payments of taxprofit tax according to the claim. 57.1 Art. 57 of the Code in the version which was in force until 1 January 2015 (p. 9 subsection 4 of section XX "Transitional Provisions" of the Code). That is, the payment of monthly advance payments to May 2016 held in the amount of 1/12 of the amount accrued corporate income tax for 2014.
