Prosecutor town of Mukachevo was to protect the local community of Mukachevo on rational use of land for commercial purpose that is not used. Economic Court of Zakarpattya EQUIPMENTSTI opened proceedings in the case against the prosecutor claimed the city of Mukachevo in the interests of Mukachevo City Council to terminate the right of permanent land use, annulment of the act of state the right to permanent use of land and return of land in the reserve lands of the city with a total area of ??more than 5 hectares, normatyvno-monetary valuation which today is about 12 mln. UAH. The study of the prosecutor's office of the city of lawfulness in land laws about the legality of land use that are issued state acts on the permanent use found that based on the decision of the executive committee of the City Council of Mukachevoin 1999 one of the private companies approved the outer limits of the plan materials use one of sub ’ objects of management and issued state certificate for the right permanent use of land. Based on the decision of the Commercial Court, the business in 2011 eliminated the legal person and suspended in accordancethe requirements of the Land Code of Ukraine the right to permanent use of land should be suspended, and the state act be recognized invalid. For the above circumstances, Prosecutor's Office appealed to the protection of state interests in the face of Mukachevo City Council to the Economic Court of Zakarpattya region specified claim.
