Young writers can CEI
scholarship competition has started to receive scholarships from the international organization "Central European Initiative" (CEI) for young writers (35) of the countries that are members of the CEI, but non-EU countries (Albania, Belarus Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, MontenegroI, Serbia and Ukraine). The press service of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine Deadline for applications for participation in the competition – April 30, 2015.
