Transcarpathia: PG DFS worker arrested in while receiving a bribe of 5 thousand
UAH evening, July 5, prosecutors Transcarpathian region together with employees of SSU and UVB DFS in Zakarpattya region detained while receiving 5 thousand UAH undue advantage of senior management officers of PG DFS in the region. The registration fee podatkivets received from a private entrepreneur for failure to respect the latter. Upon receipt of these funds PG DFS employee was detained in order st.208 CCP Ukraine. Krymyminalne started proceedings for prequalification Part 3 st.368 Criminal Code of Ukraine - Accepting the offer, promise or receipt of undue advantage by an official CCAbattle, punishable by imprisonment for a term of Mr ’ mint to ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years with confiscation of property and with a special forfeiture.
