In the Transcarpathian region since the start of the Prosecutor initiated 75 criminal proceedings on corruption
the court now passed 57 acts on convictions of 65 people, including 5 of agreements on recognition of guilt, of which 15 (2014 – 10) investigating investigator Department prosecutors field, 42 (2014 – 28) the investigative police (in tons6 th among investigators SU AMIA (2014-3), 36 municipal regional investigation department of the police. Of these, about 24 crimes related ’ Knitted with undue advantage, 30 - for appropriation, embezzlement and embezzlement of budget funds, 3 - for abuse of office. Criminal proceedings in completed proceedings brought 6 - officials waspsIB local authorities, 9 – officials of other public authorities, 9 - civil servants, 2 – employees of district administrations, 30 - persons who temporarily perform organizational and administrative functions 1 – official legal entity of private law, 7 – individuals. Among prosecuted responsiblespine 11 law enforcement officials: 2 workers in STI, 4 customs officers, 3 policemen, 1 guard, 1 officer of forest protection. In the completed criminal proceedings established damages that caused to the interests of the state nearly $ 4 million. Stated in the public interest claims amounting to more than 44 thousand. UAH. Seized propertysuspects totaling over 281tys. UAH., including seized cash and other assets worth more than 11 thousand. UAH. For the completed criminal proceedings, most crimes committed 15 in the public sector, 8 in education, public health 2, 4 banking, 1 foreign economic activity, the first land relations, the first field of transport, the first environmental protection. From the beginning, the courts of the region with the adoption of convictions reviewed 34 convictions regarding Acts 38 persons.
