In Khmelnytsky police found two plantations of narcotic plants

Just two illicit narcotic crops of plants found in police Yarmolinetskiy area. With 637 plantations seized opium poppy plants and 413 bushes hemp. As part of the region operatively-preventive measures under the provisional name "Poppy-2015"police regularly conduct targeted raids to detect illegal narkoposiviv. Thus, in a village Yarmolinetskiy district police officers on the plot local resident found 637 plants of opium poppy, and another resident of the same village in his garden grew 413 cannabis bushes. According to villagers, the plants are planted for their owns needs. Identified narcotic plants aimed at research to Research Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During the said facts initiated criminal proceedings under Part. 2, Art. 310 (planting or cultivation of opium poppy or cannabis) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
