Chernivtsi: How to use law to the "building amnesty"?
In Ukraine launched the so-called "building amnesty". It is an affordable and quick way to legalize the unauthorized construction if the construction work took place in the period from August 5, 1992 to March 12, 2011 and do not violate state building codes for placement of the object. Quite difficultlicensing system that existed until 2011, prevented many people build legally. It was to resolve this situation and introduced "building amnesty". According to the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On regulation of urban development "on the operating results of construction built without AllowLu for construction works "from January 13, 2015 92-VIII and the Order of this law, approved by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine of 24.04.2015 79 year and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.15.2015 year 547 / 26992, amnesty under construction fallthe following objects: - Individual (manor) houses, gardens, country houses, household (household) buildings and structures; - Public buildings I and II categories of complexity; - Buildings and structures for agricultural purposes I and II categories of complexity. To legalize the unauthorized construction of a house total area of ??300 square meters. the city should collect the following documents: - Application; - Two copies of the completed declaration of acceptance of the object (form document is available on the website of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine in the "Forms of the documents"); - Certified in the established order copy of the document certifying greatvo ownership or use of land, which hosted facility and technical passport (with a note on conducted technical inspection). Procedure provides the ability to use technical passport drawn up before the entry into force of the Order, as well as reports on the technical survey compiled in the period from 29 April 2013 toentry into force of that order. To legalize the building with total area of ??300 square meters. m or other object be collected the following documents: - Application; - Two copies of the completed declaration of acceptance to the operation of the facility; - Report on the technical inspection of facilities with information on the possibility of a yogiof reliable and safe operation; - Certified in the established order copy of the document certifying the ownership or use of land, which hosted facility and technical passport. With the above package of documents should contact the Center for providing administrative services Chernivtsi City Council, which will take thesedocuments and transmit them to the Department of State Architectural and Construction Inspection in Chernivtsi region. Department of State Architectural and Construction Inspection in Chernivtsi region within ten working days of receipt of the declaration it checks the completeness of the data mentioned therein and at no cost records submitted declaration. Pislya registration of a copy of the declaration of its annexed documents remain in the management of state architectural and construction inspection in Chernivtsi region, which it filed, and the second copy of the declaration with a mark through TSNAP returning customer. Please note that the "building amnesty" does not provide for payment of fines sanktsiy. Legalize unauthorized construction years 1992-2011 under the simplified procedure can be the end of 2015.
