Agreeing with the arguments prosecutors Rivne Economic Court of Rivne region 17.02.2015 judgment, which obliged private bodies return to state ownership stake in JSC "Rivne Radio Plant "in the amount of 25.5million and pay the penalty to $ 2.5 million. The grounds for prosecution claims was the decision of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine from 01.14.2015, which was left in force the decision courts of first instance and appellate courts of termination of the contract of sale of 50% + 1 share of the plant concluded between the regional office of the StateProperty Ukraine Rivne region and a private firm in connection with the improper fulfillment of contractual obligations. In particular, the company had not complied with the agreement on increasing production volumes and investments for the plant in the form of investment. In addition, unsaved number of workers of the plant, and vice versa - it will reducebut over the last three years more than doubled. Optional: Atlas Economic Court of Rivne region 05.02.2014 JSC "Rivne Radio Technical Plant" declared bankrupt and put the liquidation procedure. Currently, prosecutors Rivne region provides procedural guidance in criminal proceedings for perpetrating servicepersons JSC "Rivne Radio Technical Plant" criminal offenses under ch. 3. 212 and Art. 219 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on the facts of deliberate tax evasion in a large scale and bringing said the company into bankruptcy.
