Rivne: the "Ostroh Academy" talked about legal employment
Profinformatsiynyy seminar "legal employment" held June 17 for students of National University "Ostroh Academy" specialists of the department actively support unemployed Ostrog City Employment Center. The event took place at the Information Resource Center ServiceEmployment, which operates the university. "Shadow" employment and "shadow" wages (so-called "salary in envelope") - a phenomenon which, unfortunately, have become part of our lives and become large scale. The participants got acquainted with the concept of "legal employment", the advantages of legal employment in Ukraine, features pratsevlament for labor and civil contracts and contract. In interviews young people have found that informal employment provokes a lot of risks. In particular, settling to work informally, the employee must clearly understand: if wages are paid "envelope", it means that the employer is likely,not enter into a contract of employment and no longer carry out payments to the pension fund.
