Transcarpathia, prosecutors returned to the state from the illegal use of land in Beregovo area of ??almost 18 hectares
Zakarpattia Oblast Economic Court satisfied the claim Berehiv interdistrict prosecutor in the public interest represented by the Beregovo District State Administration to cancel the decision of the village council Hutivskoyi « PRo provision of land for rent & raquo ;, who were illegally leased one of the companies land area of ??almost 18 hectares. The said land is outside the village, but the village council Hutivska issued illegal orders granting it out.
