The court has handed 45 indictments concerning 52 persons. According to the court accusatory acts 20 - the crimes related ’ Knitted with undue advantage, 23 - for the appropriation, embezzlement and embezzlement of budget funds and two for abuse of office. Criminal proceedings,completed in proceedings brought against four officials of local governments, 9 – officials of other public authorities, 9 - civil servants, 2 – employees of district administrations, 22 - persons who temporarily perform organizational and administrative functions, 6 – individuals.
