command post exercise held June 9-10 under the theme: "The transfer of civil protection area of ??peace to martial law. Protecting the population and the district of emergency situation and pryrodnohof character. " According to the Department of Civil Protection Administration, learning objectives were intended: 1. Work out the questions of the organization transferring civil protection area of ??peace to martial law. 2. To increase the ability of the commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies, evacuation commission under authorityizatsiyi and conducting measures to protect population in wartime. 3. Assess level of government and civil defense forces, organization of interaction of specialized services in the performance of civil defense tasks. To study involved: a) for the management of the civil protection field: Departmentst Civil Protection Administration; regional specialized civil protection. b) on Haysyn area: Head of Civil Protection District - head of district administration; District commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies; evacuation area authorities; Head of Civil Protectionin, defense work and cooperation with law enforcement agencies of district administration; regional specialized civil protection, enterprises, institutions and organizations to ensure that the civil protection measures; City and village councils; formation of civil protection in the quantity required for testing educational issues.
