At Vinnytsia region prosecutor Chechelnyk district court proved the guilt of official fraud

According to the principled position of the state obvynuvachennya which represented Chechelnyk district prosecutor's office, he was found guilty of committing crimes under part. 4. 190 (fraud committed in especially large sizes), ch. 4. 191 (appropriation of another's property through abuse of his official position committed on a large scale) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Proved that official abusing his villageluzhbovym position, seized about 130 thousand UAH of state enterprises and fraudulently appropriated grain rye and corn nearly 2 million, which belonged to one of the companies.
