In Khmelnytsky branch of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine held a release
more than four dozen police officers who 4 years combining work with study received diplomas of higher education in law. Diplomas were awarded to graduates of branch director Roman Povoroznyk and Head of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Khmelnitsky region Nikolai Semenyshyn. Nicholas Oleksandrovych, addressing the students said that being a lawyer is not just an honor but also an extraordinary responsibility that lies in the ability to enforce rights and freedoms.
