History of the Chernobyl disaster - it is not only the history of technological disaster and human tragedy, but also a story of heroism to save humanity. Among the "heroes volunteers" were our inspectors Rivne - now retired police,and in those 80 - Inspectors road patrol police department Rivne Oblast Executive Committee.
