In Chernivtsi region Khotyn police identified the attacker minor
17-year-old resident of the territory Hawtin boarding school scooter stole $ 20 thousand. The local police asked 42-year-old resident of the district center, who reported that unknown person from the school's boarding stole her scooter. Hand immediately left the scene by the police.
