In Khmelnytsky police detained bribery of the State Emergency Services
The official demanded and received from his subordinate $ 400 for addressing the issue of not bringing him to disciplinary action. According to workers HUBOZ of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyifield investigation department of the Prosecutor's Office registered the fact of obtaining undue advantage of a district chief of the Main Department of the State sector emergency services in the region. Officials detained "on hot" when receiving the illegal benefit in the amount of $ 400 from the subordinate employee for resolutionthe issue of not imposing disciplinary responsibility and subsequent dismissal. Head of the district DSNS sector has announced the suspicion of a criminal offense under Part. 3. 368 "Accepting the offer, promise or obtain undue advantage officer" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Podibni actions are punishable by imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years of deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years with confiscation of property and with a special forfeiture.
