In Ternopil with employees of structural subdivisions of RSA and city councils trained to provide housing subsidies under the new order of

In particular, Vladimir Ivahov explained how to fill the application for housing subsidies and declarations ofincome and expenses of persons applying for housing subsidies. He stressed that the amount received in 2014 is reflected in the income declaration excluding tax personal income. Also discussed during the training subsidy dependence of the cost of utility services within the social norms and the amount of averagehousehold income. "The lower the household income, the lower the percentage of it will be spent on housing and communal services and vice versa. It should be noted that with the approval of new prices and tariffs for housing and utilities, subsidies are appointed within three months of the increase of payments.
