Carpathian police investigation began this year by 11 facts of illegal mining of gravel
for crimes related to violation of safety rules and use of mineral resources, from the beginning, 5 persons declared notice of suspicion, and materials of criminal proceedings to the court. In particular, the court referred to the following casesthe materials collected by workers Bogorodchany, Horodenkivsky, Dolynskogo and Tysmenytsya District Police Station, and the regional Department of Civil Service to combat economic crime. The amount of losses on these facts is more than 60 thousand. With locations illegal taking of sand and gravel were vylucheno 5 units handling equipment. According to statistics, most violations of subsoil police recorded the territory Snyatynsky and Tysmenytsya areas. Incidentally, in the Carpathian region currently legally developed 3 deposits of sand and 4 - sand and gravel. This is less than half of the existingin our region deposits of this type of minerals and their development permits are 17 entities.
