In Transcarpathia prosecutor's office returned the country illegally allocated
hectares of land 5 Khust Interdistrict Prosecutor asked the court with a claim for invalidation of state acts on the ownership of the land area of ??5 hectares. These lands are located in Dragovo village council in the natural « Dubnyky & raquo ;. The reason for the outProsecutor returning to the court was the fact that projects on land given land in violation of the Land Code of Ukraine is not developed.
