Pensioner given swindler 4,000 USD and in return received a paper envelope with new bills. When women go, my grandmother found in an envelope cut paper. In this incident investigation department opened criminal proceedings under Part.1 Century. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud). This crime is punishable by imprisonment up to 3 years.
