District Court to two years of restriction of liberty sentenced 22-year-old vynohradivtsya who stole someone else's car. At trial the defendant admitted guilt to the crime. He said that the blame was vodka. The behaviorrtayuchys home from a disco at night and being intoxicated, the guy wanted to ride in a car. Making sure the lack of witnesses who could expose his illegal actions, the young man seized car brand ZAZ "Taurus". By so doing he committed the crime under st.289 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal zavolodinof the vehicle).
