In the Rivne region initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of non-enforcement of the court to remove the officer suspected of committing the crime of corruption Prosecutor's Office
Rivne region initiated preliminary investigation into the failure of one of the deputy chairman of the village council Rivne district court decision (signs kryminament offense under Part. 1, Art. 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This is a decision Rivne City Court on 03.27.2015, whereby dismissed by the head of the village council is suspected of soliciting and receiving improper benefits in excess of half a million USD. Court taking this decision, considered sufficient sibilitiesdi prosecutor and investigator on the suspect while in office may unlawfully interfere with the establishment of objective truth in the investigation of criminal proceedings under Part. 4. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage on a large scale, combined with extortion and committed by prior conspiracy).However, despite the request of the court, which shall be executed immediately, a female officer of the village council deliberately took no action to accomplish it.
