In Khmelnytsky joint patrol and traffic police detained the kidnapper car DCA

Patrol, who arrived on a call, the kidnapper detained near the site of the crime. They found 18-year-old resident of one of the villages Khmelnitsky region. The guy was in a state of extreme intoxication, not HBOravsya control and drove into a road sign. In this incident the police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 289 "Illegal appropriation of a vehicle" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Such actions shall be punishable by a fine of one thousand to one thousand two hundred tax-free minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for pageapprox three to five years, or imprisonment for the same term.
