In the Transcarpathian region Tyachiv police are investigating the cause of infant death in the hospital
April 14 in Tachivski police station, a statement addressed 36-year-old resident of one of the villages Tiachiv area. The applicant stated that his wife in the maternity ward Tiachiv district hospital birth the baby that died through the fault of doctors. Affair settled for law enforcement. According to the preliminary conclusion of experts, the cause of infant death was cerebral edema. However, the final decision will make appropriate medical committee. It will also assess the actions of doctors. According to Acting District Police Chief Tiachiv Basil Pokovba by this fact initiated criminal proceedings under Part.2 st.140 Criminal Code of Ukraine (Improper performance of professional duties provider).
