In case of theft opened criminal proceedings under Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By Stryisky city police department, April 14, asked 51-year-old director of a business city. The woman said that the premises of the store stole Akumulyatornu drill and two spare batteries for it. The amount of damages is almost 1700 USD. It was established that the theft involved 23-year-old resident of Stry, which has been previously tried and does not work anywhere. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 1 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction article provides penaltiesa fine of fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes, or community service for a term of eighty to two hundred forty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
