Ivano-Frankivsk ongoing anti-corruption expertise regulations
In order to create a favorable business environment for small and medium businesses Ivano-Frankivsk contributed to the implementation of the regional component of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) "Confident business - prosperous community" ( Support urgent refoRM to improve the business environment in Ukraine). Coordinator in the region is a youth community center "Standard" In February-March 2015 experts conducted an inventory of the legal framework in Ivano-Frankivsk. In particular, monitored solutions Ivano-Frankivsk City Council and its Executive Committee, which were adopted by the transverseRef four years - from 2011 to 2014. Total tracked 4 637 decisions, of which 1 590 - forum Ivano-Frankivsk City Council and 3047 - the decision of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council. In addition, the regulations made an inventory of local government in force on 1 January 2015. Thus, the generated list anding regulations (77 decisions), which included 40 amendments. Current regulations codified under regulatory areas, which will be carried out and improving administrative procedures. Total selected 31 decisions, namely in the areas of: land acquisition, land rent and land use in towns - 7 decisionsb; urban planning, construction and architecture, landscaping settlements - 15 decisions; placement and use of outdoor advertising in the settlements - 4 decision; lease and use of property that is in communal ownership (including non-residential premises) - 5 decisions.
