Lutsk stepson to death stepfather beat
tragedy happened in Volyn oblast center. 60 years luchanyn corpse found in the apartment of his 54-year-old brother. This charge was taken operatives. After a series of events, the police identified the attacker. They found 31-year-old regional center - stepson victim. Men while not livedand together. On that day stepson come back to visit. Stepfather was drunk, so later dispute exists between them. As a result, the young man beaten to death by her husband and fled. Investigation Department opened criminal proceedings under Part. 1, Art. 115 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction of Article provides for up to fifteen years in prison.
