In the Rivne region for illegal mining amber paid 6800 USD
fine Sarnensky District Court sentenced 49-year-old village of stone-Sluchanske for illegal mining of raw amber. In January 2015, a forest, near the village Kam'yane- Sluchanske Sarnenski district, police found and arrested 49-year-old FeDora, a resident of the same village, who, by prior arrangement with unknown persons amber stones extracted raw. Illegal activities are carried out using pumps homemade by water erosion of soil. As the head of District Police Sarnenski Ukraine in Rivne Police Lt. Vladimir substituted, includebut Fedor was opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 240 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of safety rules and use of mineral resources). Sarnensky District Court found the man guilty of committing a criminal offense and sentenced him to a fine of 6800 UAH.
