Lutsk Mayor Mykola Romaniuk is a business trip in
Mayor Nicholas Romaniuk in the Ukrainian delegation goes to Norway. The trip is part of a joint project of the Association of Cities Ukraine and the Association of Local Government of Norway "Policy development, based on the facts inlocal government in Ukraine ". The program stays scheduled to meet with representatives of the Standing Committee on Local Government and Public Administration, the President of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. In addition, members of the Ukrainian delegation will become familiar with the organization of local government in the cityAce's and Fridrikstad, including organizational structure, financing system, feature local authorities' powers in the field of education, health, social security, administrative services, youth policy and so on.
