Lubomilskiy Interdistrict Prosecutor in the study of the state of the law in the sphere of land in the territory of Shatsky district established fact unauthorized occupation of land near the lake Svitiaz. It turned out that the plot of 0.0135 hectares of valuable landb, standing in the sanitary protection of the lake, without design and permits took officials of the National University of Water and Environment.
