Prosecutors appealed to the court with a claim for the recovery of two companies of penalties, and now, as a result of execution of judgment, the state budget replenished 245 thousand UAH. In particular, Agricultural Limited Liability Company « Akvavika » charged UAH 150 thousand for failure conditions of the forward exchange contract for the purchase of wheat Agrarian Fund and CJSC « Pohrebyscherayahrobud » - 95 thousand UAH penalties for violation of legislation regulating the securities market.
