It is established that officials of the executive branch illegally given to private ownershipness of one sub ’ objects of economic activity the land area of ??4.4 hectares for use in industrial applications. However, in accordance with the requirements of the Land Code of Ukraine, privatization entity specified areas possible only through the process of purchasing or providing it out. Therefore, transfer it to private ownership is evident inin violation of applicable law. Is currently under investigation.
