In the Lviv region in Sambor condemned man who avoided military service
Samborskii City Court passed a sentence 28-year-citizens, who avoided conscription into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, without good reason, conscript examination failed and the military commissariat for the call did not come. On this fact opened criminal proceedings under Article 336 (Failure to call for mobilization) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Samborskii City District Court found the man guilty and sentenced himpenalty of two years imprisonment with a probation period of one year.
