Chernigov: Experience - for future colleagues
Chernihiv Mayor Oleksandr Sokolov held a lecture for young people who are studying at the center of Chernigov retraining and professional training. Short-term seminar entitled - "Civil Service and Service in Local Government in Ukraine: Legalstatus, style and methods of work.
