Lubomilskiy Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office established the fact of improper performance of their Duty ’ bonds by officers of the company « Lubomilskiy Forestry & raquo ;, which damaged the interests of the state and enterprises. In particularand, during February – December 2011 and May 2012 the company officials released timber articles without properly filling out basic documents that contain information about business transaction and confirmed its implementation.
