The accident occurred March 22 about three o'clock. In fact the accident started criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic safety or operation of transport persons who caused the death of the victim or caused serious bodily injury). This offense is punishable by imprisonment for up to eight years of deprivationof the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without it.
