The police officer got 15 thousand UAH from a citizen for not bringing his son to criminal liability for theft. Criminal proceedings brought this fact to YERDR on ch. 3. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage by an official particularly responsible position) andinvestigation department prosecutors investigated area. Suspect arrested and declared suspected of having committed a specified offense. In addition, it was dismissed from the police.
