State car of Rivne conducts preventive measures entitled "Stopping and parking"
Increasingly concerned citizens emphasize the problem of parking in Rivne. To improve discipline drivers to comply with traffic rules while stopping and parking of vehicles, from March 20 until April 19 traffic policefield conduct targeted preventive measures under the code name "Stopping and parking." Under Article 122 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences for violation of stopping and parking provided for a fine of 255 to 340 USD. These measures will ensure traffic safety, increase throughput andvtomobilnyh roads, reducing congestion on street and road network, and create conditions for the smooth traffic operational and special services.
