Ivano-Frankivsk police exposed the illegal removal of gravel
Yesterday investigative team Bogorodchany police department involving community activists detained two men who illegally exported sand and gravel from the river Bistrica Solotvynska. The detainees were residents aged 58 and 25 busof age. Citizens without proper documents using dredge "UMZ 6 KM" and a tractor "MTZ 80" performed extraction of sand and gravel. To the police department called social activist and reported two suspicious men. At the scene immediately went investigative team, and documented crimes. TechnoKu extracted and assigned to the examination. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under Part 2 st.240 (violation of rules protection of mineral resources) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, sanctions this article include imprisonment for a term of two to five years, or imprisonment for the same term, with the forfeiture of illegally mined and tools derivabletion.
